Our Mission is to provide a space for the men in Medellin to get together in brotherhood every Tuesday to support and sharpen each other in our life’s challenges, our growth, and our commitment to personal excellence.. We are group of growth-driven entrepreneurs and business leaders who collectively elevate each other in all aspects of life and create meaningful bonds within the Medellin community. Everyone’s truth, voice, wisdom, and leadership is welcome.

Vulnerability & Support

This is a container is for men to be vulnerable at a level that is rarely accepted out in the world. Learn to share your self-doubt, your fears, your challenges, and your failures. Allow yourself to be seen and supported without judgment by your brothers.

Personal Growth & Accountability

This group is one of growth and accountability. As you share the challenges you are facing, the group will call you forward into declaring commitments to take action and hold yourself accountable to be better, overcome your challenges, and achieve personal growth and success.

Expression

Allow yourself to feel the depths of your emotional reactions around life’s challenges at a level that you normally don’t allow yourself to go. Test your limits of self-expression and play at your edge in acknowledging and expressing raw emotions authentically. Allow yourself to be guided deeper into your emotions and seen in your raw authenticity by your fellow brothers.

Speaking Truth With Sharpness

We are men … and in this group, we will learn how to speak directly and truthfully with each other without fluff. Men are encouraged to speak their raw truth without hesitancy and without holding back, trying to be nice. This will also be an opportunity to receive sharp and direct feedback while processing any negative feelings, staying centered, and not taking it personally.

Stoicism

Learn how to observe your emotional reactivity, quickly process your emotions, ground into centeredness, and respond with stillness in your body and clarity in your mind. As men, we must understand our feelings, but we also must learn to not be a slave to our feelings.

Self & Group
Leadership

As men of significance, we must be capable of leading others. But first we must be capable of leading ourselves. Every man in this group is encouraged to be a leader by first developing self–leadership in their own lives, and when they prove their discipline, competence, and leadership … bring their unique leadership as a service to the group.

Reach your highest potential with your habits, your strength of mind, your physical capabilities, your ability to take action and how you live by your own personal beliefs and values.
