• Control
• Outcomes
• Tension in the Body

Reflect on how any inner negative experiences you may have had today, or any other unconscious internal observations you had today may be related to the self-sabotaging toxic or addictive behaviors listed below:

• Dating Apps, Porn, and Social Media Algorithms
• Alcohol, Music Festivals & Clubs, Plant Medicine
• Domestication – Fear of Nature & Free Exploration
• Getting Caught Up In Dogmatic Group – Think of Region or Tribe
• Workaholism, Endless Tasks, Belief: Self-Worth = Success
• Chasing Money: Fear, Over-Ambition, Out of Integrity, or Self-Worth and Identity Based on Finances
• Fear of Reputational or Legal Consequences from Living Truth
• Eating Junk Food to Fill Emotional Void or Drinking Caffeine
• Battling with Physical or Emotional Illness
• Chasing and Pedestalizing Disconnected Women Based on Physical Appearance and Lust, Void of Energy & Connection

Declare which of the above toxic or addictive behaviors may apply and how it relates to a negative experience or internal observation you had today (or multiple situations, if the case; if none, write “N/A”).

2.  Describe what old programmed or conditioned beliefs of yours that you may be unconsciously holding on to may have contributed to these forms of disconnection, and where or who these beliefs originated from.

3.  Describe what conditioned or programmed auto-pilot behaviors contributed to these forms of disconnection, and where or who these behaviors originated from.

4.  Describe what new beliefs you can instill in your mind to operate with greater inward connection to spirit and your higher-self to consciously attain inner peace, deeper truth, and aligned outcomes.
