Are there any situations or people in your life in which you are stingy, closed, or hold back your full love, trust, or full devotion? For someone to submit to your leadership… to follow your vision and your direction with full trust and an open heart, they must first feel your devotion to them. They must feel your consideration and devotion to their feelings and well-being so they can be open and free in their hearts and surrender to your leadership. This is especially essential to gain trust and healthy submission from women in relationships. Describe any people or situations in which you have held back giving at your best, or operate at less than full devotion to their mental and emotional needs due to you being jaded from being wounded in the past or giving too much in the past.

I’ll give a hint: finding ways to take care of your inner state individually AND creating understandings with others that their being available to take care of your needs so you feel consistently fulfilled, received, respected, and empowered will allow you to naturally be overflowing with a full heart AND devotion to others. You will find it easier to be a strong, open, and devotional leader. So, what do you need to implement in your life to arrive at a place where you feel so trustful that your needs will be met, powerful and respected, and fulfilled in your heart that you naturally want to give without the neediness to grasp for love, respect, care, or attention?
