List 3-5 situations personally and with your woman / women you date where your lack of vision has impacted your relationships, personal growth, or success.

1B(Declaration):  What actions you will take this week to define or refine your vision in business, in relationships, and in life… and communicate this vision clearly in your relationships, demonstrating your commitment to a vision, personal growth, and strength of character?

2A(Reflection): Reflect on instances in which you have hesitated to take charge and lead what you want in your relationships. List 3-5 situations where you felt you could have been more assertive or direct, and fully taken charge of the situation.

2B(Declaration):  Declare how you will take responsibility to assert your desires and lead confidently and respectfully in the situations you listed above. What are the actions you will take this week to practice clear and assertive communication, take charge, and embody your vision and leadership qualities while accounting for mutual benefit and caretaking of your woman.

3A(Reflection): Reflect on the times when you may have deferred too much to your woman or the women you date in terms of decision-making or, on the other hand, undervalued her input in a relationship. List 3-5 situations where you could have created balanced leadership by making space for her to express her intuition and emotional intelligence for you to consider as part of your decision-making, while taking full ownership of the decision-making.

3B(Declaration): Declare how you will take responsibility for integrating a woman’s intuitive input while maintaining leadership and decision-making in the situations you listed above. What actions will you take this week to welcome her input, make decisions for the both of you from a place of wisdom, and strengthen mutual trust and empowerment in your relationship?
