1A(Reflection): Observe in what way your woman or the women you are dating are lacking surrender and trust in your leadership because you fail to instill dominant/submissive dynamics in your interactions with her. List out all the ways her actions show lack of trust and surrender in your presence.

1B(Declaration): Declare how embracing dominant/submissive dynamics in your interactions can enhance your masculine power and leadership while fostering a deeper sense of safety and trust in your woman, allowing her to surrender into her femininity. What specific actions can you take to implement these dynamics in a way that is consensual and empowering for both you and your woman?

2A(Reflection): Observing in what ways your woman or the women you date creates tension in a chaotic or dramatic way because you fail to create and maintain positive tension in your relationship. List out 3 to 5 characteristics in which you are being agreeable, too easygoing, or avoiding your deeper desires out of fear.

2B(Declaration):  For each of these characteristics, declare what dominant masculine actions you will take to effectively introduce positive tension with your woman, taking bold action and creating excitement and mystery to ensure attraction and interest without causing conflict or chaos.
