Journal Activity – Polarity: Demonstrating Dominance – Courage & Freedom

1A(Reflection): Observe in what way your woman or the women you are dating are losing respect and attraction to you because of your lack of personal self-care, growth, purpose, or drive. List out all the ways her actions are showing a decline in respect or attraction for you.

1B(Declaration): Declare how you will instill more discipline, purpose, and action-taking in your life to become a man who displays competence and excellence, to earn respect from others and to earn the respect and attraction of your woman or dating prospects.

2A(Reflection): Observe in what ways you are shifting your personality and acting in a “nice guy” manner from a place of seeking approval from your woman or appeasing all her needs to get commitment, love, or sex rather than leading with genuine kindness and strength and operating based on your true beliefs and desires. List out 3 to 5 characteristics in which you are going soft and showing insecure or approval-seeking behavior with your woman.

2B(Declaration): For each of these characteristics, declare what dominant masculine actions you will take to maintain frame, leadership, calm presence, and non-attachment when relating with your woman.

3A(Reflection): Observe what injustices in your personal life or in the world bring out anger in you, and a feeling that something needs to be done about it to achieve what’s right. List out 3-5 situations in which there are injustices you want to fight for and that will elevate your level of purpose in the world.

3B(Declaration): Declare what action you will take to drive change around these injustices from a place of righteousness, acting in alignment with your core belief system. How will you channel your anger to take action to fight for what is right and be part of the solution?
