Sometimes certain people and circumstances don’t vibrate with your best self. For men particularly people and circumstances that make a man feel powerful, free trusting, creative, and playful make a man more satisfied with his life. On the other hand, people and circumstances that make him feel irritated, emasculated, disempowered, disappointed, and suffocated make him dissatisfied with his life, and ready to blow shit up. Some people or situations can suck up your energy, and make your ability to live life on your own terms difficult and heavy.
When a person or situation drags you down and brings down your mood and energy, it is essential to set a boundary or create distance so you can have space for positive energy and limitless possibilities.
Now I’d like you to write out a few people and circumstances that make you feel irritated, emasculated, disempowered, disappointed, and suffocated below. Feel free to list out as many people or situations as you need, I recommend 3-to 5. For each, please outline the following:
1) Which person or what situation is this with?
2) What negative feelings do you experience?
3) How does this affect your mindset and mood?
4) What tangible areas of your life does this affect? How so?
5) How would setting boundaries or creating distance with this person or situation make your state of mind and feelings toward your life better?
6) How would setting boundaries or creating distance with this person or situation make your tangible life better?
