Journal Activity – Polarity: Demonstrating Dominance – Grounded Presence & Open Awareness

1A(Reflection): Observe when your woman or the women you are dating demonstrate masculine energy through leading, setting boundaries on you, directives, independent decision-making, or trying to control you or your relationship dynamics. List out all the ways her actions diverge from her feminine essence and vulnerability.

1B(Declaration): Prioritize the cases of her actions in which she is leading in a masculine way and disconnected from her vulnerability and trust from most important to least. Declare how you will guide her out of leading or controlling and into vulnerability in her emotions and surrender to trusting your leadership.

2A(Reflection): Observe in what ways your woman or the women you date displays entitled behaviors such as trying to be in charge of dating dynamics, doing what she wants for personal gain even if it hurts or emasculates you, manipulating for her gain, being aggressive, feeling like she deserves to receive without giving reciprocity, or having expectations of you. Also observe in what way you encourage her to be entitled and emotionally irresponsible. List out 3 to 5 characteristics in which your woman is displaying entitlement behaviors in which you would like her to be connected with her feminine vulnerability and be emotionally responsible.

2B(Declaration): Declare how you will avoid dating (if you are single) entitled women or what dominant actions you will take to lead your woman (relationship / married) or these types of women (single) out of entitlement and into her emotions and full vulnerability to create an environment where your woman is appreciative and considerate of you instead of being entitled, so you both can experience peace of mind and full devotion.

3A(Reflection): In what ways do you tolerate your woman or women crossing your boundaries, disrespecting you, judging you, overstepping your authority, emasculating you, or resisting your leadership? List 3-5 areas where you tolerate disrespect.

3B(Declaration): Declare how you will correct your woman’s disrespectful behavior and guide her into behaving with respect , encouraging her to return to her feminine energy and reestablishing polarity and attraction in your relationship.
