List 3-5 situations where you have overlooked her feminine essence and what is inside her emotionally and have not taken the time and space to understand her feelings and her feminine essence.

1B (Declaration): Declare what observations and actions you will make this week to better acknowledge and embrace the femininity of your woman or the women you date. Focus on creating moments where you invite her to share her deeper essence and flow in her emotions, and hold space to see her in her varied expressions.

2A(Reflection): Reflect on what areas of your interactions with your woman or the women you date, where you overlook her unique beauty—whether it’s a specific body part, how she presents herself, or a distinct mannerism. List 3-5 situations where you have failed to notice and appreciate these unique aspects of her beauty.

2B(Declaration): Declare how you will take full responsibility for appreciating these unique aspects of her beauty in the situations you listed above. What are the actions you will take this week to express your admiration both verbally and through affectionate gestures such as kissing, biting, squeezing, licking, and gazing.

3A(Reflection): Reflect on what areas of your interactions with your woman or the women you date do you focus only on her looks and overlook who she is as a person—how she feels, loves, empathizes, her passions, her pain, her chaos, her story, and her experiences. List 3-5 situations where you have failed to see and acknowledge her inner human.

3B(Declaration): Declare how you will take full responsibility to see and appreciate her for who she is on the inside in the situations you listed above. What actions will you take this week to genuinely engage with her deeper self, acknowledging her feelings, emotions, passions, and experiences to build a stronger, more meaningful connection.

List 3-5 situations where you have missed the opportunity to guide her into vulnerably expressing her suppressed emotions.

4B(Declaration): Declare how you will take full responsibility to lead her deeper into her feelings in the situations you listed above. What are the actions you will take this week to ask her open-ended inner-discovery questions, encourage her to express her emotions fully and vulnerably, and support her in feeling what is real inside her body without judgment, guilt, or shame.
